Center of the old-town Bergamo, the Piazza vecchia.
The campanile is a part of a complex near the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, which it's enterance decorated with old lions-statues pillars.

Hi Ike,

The distance between the steps and the bell tower is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the buildings. The good luminosity is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.

the diverse antique buildings are lovely and interesting. They make up a very charming scenery which you've captured from a great point of view that includes the stairs, an important element of this setting. The many perspectives are difficult to handle but you've created a balanced composition with pleasing depth and clarity. Hi Ike !!
you chose a good POV looking in diagonal and from below, hence we can see everything.
Very natural colours and sharp definition.Not a big plaza but just as charming as many others.

Again a wonderful image from Italy, the stair leads us to the square on these nice terraces for drink a good cup of coffee or a good glass wine.
Also the bell tower makes impression, and a lovely picture for a good composition.

Strong "center" point with the tower placement Ike, well chosen position. I like the lines in this photo, the stairs, rooftops and tower going different directions and yet working seamlessly together. This has also made for some sharp and bold shapes which I find to be a fun quality about this composition. Nice exposure too, plenty of detail throughout and the touch of blue in the sky is just right to go along with the brownish tones. Beautiful little spot in the Old Town.

Hello Ike,

You're capturing well this place by a good angle and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the old architectures and the sqaure. It looks like the place which is pulling out the atmosphere of the medieval town in Italy well. It's interesting in chrch with Basilica style and tall tower, too. And, the warm light in character with Southern Europe feels from the whole.
