Very intersting shot! I like this geometrical composition...veru graphical too! Actually these shutters are typical of North-West of italy (lLiguria) and South-East of France (Nice's region...a former Italian province!)
Excellent photo! (it is only a pity for the shutter on the right, a little cropped, but streets are often narrow...so it's sometimes impossible))

Original POV to show these shutters. Charming colours.
I like less the colour of the frame you choosed, the same as the wall. You should choose a colour more contrasting to strengthen the focus on the subject.

interesting picture and nice prospective. I like the angles that interrupt the sequence of vertical lines. I also like the green over the monocromatic wall. Good choice also the frame. It's a pity for the small right angle out of the pic...

Greetings Huub.
It is interesting to see shutters in shutters...maybe to get just the right amount of fresh air. The shutters sitting open like they are, do make for wonderful angles. Well, there are well defined verticals and horizontals and very wonderful diagonals present. These lines make your eyes bounce around and cover the whole shot. Very nice indeed.

Some things for next time - the cropped one on the right, the lower ones not so sharp and the frame color.
