In this photo from my town we can see the chiostro di sant'andrea and the torre colombo in the background, the first is an original chiostro of the XI century, the second is the first skyscraper build in the '30 of the last century, if you look carefully you can see also a nice daylilife scene..

Je ne dirai qu'en mot... ERG !
Superbe cliché qui montre le dialogue entre l'ancien et le moderne. La vie en plus avec les jeunes gens. Bien vu.

Great framing by using the arches & columns to peek through the background buildings with excellent depth and perspective taken from impressive view point.
Exposure looks so pleasant between brightest and darkest area, vivid in colours and detail, people's activity is always valueable as expected. It's a fine lens work and seamlessly executed, Congrats.

Nicely composed suing the arch to frame the skyscraper. Nice contrast between old and new architecture too. Good low POV to create scale and impact. Well done.

Attractive view through the double Corinthian column arches of this Genova temple. Looking in fine shape after the centuries, and minus the roof to permit viewing the modern background buildings.

Ciao Federico. I do like the painterly tones here and the subtle light- it all augments the antiquity of the place. The people are a distraction, especially the couple on the left. Ciao. Klaudio.

I like this composition and the way you mix the history and modernity. It's still a very nice cloister and the people around add a lot. Very good pov!

I took many photos in this place. it is a joy that this cloister have being saved. it is a pity some people are making signs on its marvelous columns. anyway your image has a marvelous angle. a big contrast with the modern architecture.
