I like how you have managed to freeze some of the people in the background while others are showing movement. The lighting against the buildings is good also, a nice exposure.
Maybe a little less foreground in the composition, that's all.

Bella foto notturna , il tempo d'esposizione e' buono e cattura bene i colori e le luci , peccato pero' che fontana sia troppo nell'angolo e non al centro , comunque un buon lavoro , anchio faccio foto notturne e so' quante' difficile .
