[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]
Front of a office building at via dell Architettura in Roma (Italy). Precisely in EUR block (which means Esposizione Universale di Roma).
It is worth visiting this area. You will see what you have never thought about Roma.
EUR official website

Furthemore, near this place there is the museum of roma civilisation where you can see a 3D map of the antic Roma.

Bonsoir Philippe
Très joli graphisme avec juste ce lampadaire pour rompre la monotonie
C'est une image très bien composée
Amicalement

Scary like hell just to think about it...

Rome...

The beating heart of the world and...This...?

Like a ...What...?
Not enough room for this 'splendid' architecture in Shanghai or Dubai...?

Phuk...

.................

Anyway... Stay smiling, Philippe...
Have a great WE...

I usually photograph, such repetitive patterns on faces of buildings, by isolating them from the surrounding structures which most of the time makes the photos boring and dull. The idea of including the street lamp in the frame, the contrast of curvy and linear, the increase in light as the building rises upwards... So interesting... Congraculations!

Hi Phillippe,

I think this is almost perfectly done.

Hello Philippe,
A nicely composed and cropped picture, using the architectural elements very well. The elegantly curved lamp-pole is of course the main character of this story, but I also like the inclusion of the fence (?) at the bottom, which also breaks the monotonous pattern of the façade.
Regards,
Gert
