Photographer’s Note

Beautiful tile floor and even more beautiful ceiling of one of the halls in the Sistine Library.
This beautiful piece of art was built between 1587 and 1589. Nowadays it is part of the Vatican Museum.

wonderful interior shot, love the long view along the hall with the great checkered floor and colorful ceiling, good sharpness for 1/8s handheld(?) and nice colors and details. well done & best wishes, thor.

Hoi Jan Willem,

Dit zijn geen gemakkelijke foto's om te nemen, maar zoveel te mooier wanneer ze perfect geslaagd zijn.
U koos voor de oude getrouwe hoek waar ik graag foto's zie genomen worden, dit creëert zeer mooi perspectief en diepte.
Probeer eenstot 300Kb tegaan dit verbeterd zo de kwaliteit van de foto, wanneer u hier de kans had gekregen om met een statief tewerken en F/16 had gebruikt dan had u een totaal andere foto gekregen.
Niet dat ik deze niet goed vindt, maar we proberen steeds het beste nietwaar!

Boa profundidade de foto conseguida neste corredor , gostei do efeito visual do chão , as pinturas no tecto são magnificas belos trabalho de arte sacra, boa luz , parabéns !!

A really fine composition and perspective. I love the checkered floor, the the depth and wonderful colours. Especially the bright yellow colour of the ceiling. TFS and have a nice Sunday!

This is a great shot of this beautiful section of the Vatican. When I was there this past June this place was so crowded that you could only take a photo of the ceiling. Your lighting and colors are great and the photo has nice sharpness.
