The end of the world, a photo from Rome, Lazio

Photographer's Note

The bronze sculpture "Sphere within sphere" by Arnaldo Pomodoro in the Vatican Museum is my idea of the end of the world: an internal combustion that lets us see the extremely complex machinery hidden in the depths of the Earth.

when I saw this also I had the same feeling. I remember very well what I thought at that time.
"Is it telling the end of the world? or is it telling something about war and destruction?"
good framing, I like it.
I also took a picture of another work of Pomodoro from Milan. thanks to your post, I remember that, today I can post that one also.
