This is the Belgian embassy in Rome, at Via San Teodoro. Several buildings in this street are covered by ivy, and two of them (at least) are embassies. They are coloured and completely different from each other. The winter look is rather gloomy, though colour makes it bit more lively. This narrow and quiet street is just by the Roman Foro. And, as ruins are everywhere in Rome, there's an excavation just opposite these windows.
