Hi Christian,
Man I feel like an ugly step sister standing between two super models on TE today :)
Glorious color and reflection here. Although the exposure latitude looks to have been within the camera's range I'm wondering why you didn't try to even the sky and reflection just a tiny bit using a grad or a multiple exposure?
Cheers!

Hi Christian,

Hi Chistian,
I would have been a great shot should you have used ND Grad filters. Though even without them not bad at all, great scenery!

Hallo Christian!
Toll!

a beautiful point of view, but indeed you need a filter for this kind of shot, (i say this but i don't use filters, haha)
however an interesting light

Hello Christian
This landscape reminds me a bit the ones you can see in Canada and here the reflections got a stronger impact than the 'reality'. Luminosity and color tonalities are fine too!
Cheers

Hello Christian,
Beautiful scenery and wonderful reflection on the lake. It's just a pity that the sky at the top is so pale. Perhaps a filter in PhotoShop might have helped.
Cheers.

Hallo Christian,
You number 200 i see, congratulations..!!!
There is only thing missing here and that is the sky. So pity it is a bit washed out. What you need here is extreme pp work or a ND Grad filter.
The bottom part looks so impressive, so powerful, so strong, if the sky would be like this than you would have a real winner here...

Hi Christian,
Splendid photo. The reflection is so perfect that it could be upside down. I like the beautiful warm colours here. The wall of the forest is also impressive. I was many years ago at the beautiful lake near this border triangle, I forgot the name. I think it was Lago Fusine. Thanks for sharing. Regards

Hi Christian - an attractive reflection in nice light. After reading the comment by "Emka" I was curious to see the upside down version (WS). Regards, Daniel

Ciao Christian,

Despite of the washed out sky, the reflection is flawless. Beautiful shot Christian, a very nice one.

Christian,
I have mixed feeling looking at this image. looking at the bottom I have the feeling that you nailed it. It couldn't be better, its perfect and gives me that feeling that I would love to be there too. The upper portion isn't good at all. There is simply no sky. Two options: ND grad filter or heavy PP. I favor the first possibility. It gives you more flexibility later to do a descent PP. Latter, the heavy PP would probably not work here to to the complete washed out. There is probably no data left to pull something meaningful out of the RAW file.

You needed a ND grad here... The upper section is just too bright for this to work. But Bob did a great workshop on your photo so that proves that you can still save it. The composition is great, it's only the light balance that is wrong.

Hallo Christian,

Hi Christian! Well, that's the 200th, I don't know if you had noticed it, but Happy "anniversary" and I wish that you'll keep posting like this for many more hundreds to come!
Fantastic place, excellent landscape photography! Great composition, great use of the "rule of thirds" allthough usually we see in reflection photos the frame, split in half, your choice is excellent! Great light managment and beautiful colours! Congratulations!

Ciao Christian,
ciao ciao
