Photographer’s Note
Sacrario di Redipuglia is a monument collecting bodies of over 100.000 soldiers of the WWI. It is built on the southern side of the “Monte Sei Busi”, which was the place of one of the many battles fought at that time.
Postprocessing: contrast mask to enhance saturation of sky and flag, desaturation of the monument itself, some slight cropping and sharpening.

ciao Marko ,
molto bello il taglio che hai dato alla foto, certo credo non sia stato facile fotografare questo gigante che si perde nel vuoto.molto bello anche il contrasto con il cielo.

Buona Sera, Marko,
This is wonderful. A great subject, lots of different lines, beautiful colors, a MAGNIFICENT sky. It is balanced perfectly by the stark lines of the monument, the vertical lines of the trees and that marvelous soft sky. This is unbelievably good. Kindest wishes,
Shelly
