Photographer's Note

Sigismondo Malatesta (1417-68)was the ruler of Rimini and was known how (the wolf of Rimini), it is told he did every one of the sins, including the worst ones. He fought against the Pope about territories, at the end he decided to build a marvelous church where he and his lover would be after death. This strange temple never was finished but it has fantastic and curious details, we can see the letter of his name (S) and the symbol of his family (elephant)in each place of this church. The church was considered like a temple of devil in the time, but nowadays it is used like a church.
