I have taken this "almost out of focus" image to give some sort of impression of Bologna's arcades, and to experiment something new on this very much exploited subject

This last time, you used TE to post what I feel to be photo experimentation. You tried many things and I like you posted it for review.
Perhaps to much experimental for me. I like the idea, but I feel the blurred silhouette should have been more 'visible' in background. But I like the colors stripes 'building' the background in the depth.

Good to try new techniques to propose new visions of a well known subject. Sometimes, it's better to make think than to show. I like very much this evocation, with the blurred human silhouette breaking the straight vertical lines of the arcades.

This works really well because of that strong pitchblack vertical. Near abstract, yet the touch of a human figure - a statue? a real person? impossible to tell, really - is essential in the way the image is built up. Playful, pure & joyful photography. Thanks for sharing this off-center image. Thumbs up from me.

i love the lines and blurred blocks of colour in this almost abstract image. the inclusion of the figure in the background adds another dimension to the picture.
