In the body of Naples Photo

Photographer’s Note

When I went to Naples I really wished to visit this little square, because some years ago I've read a book with a picture of it on the cover.
I really love its name:
"Largo Corpo di Napoli" translation: "Square Body of Naples"
I love the idea of a town having a body, like a living creature.

Ciao Giorgio. La foto gode di una ottimale gestione della luce e di contrasto eccellente. Buona anche la profondità e l'armonia delle linee. Angoli come questono si vedono difficilemente in cirolazione.

la parte più sana mi pare l'antico monumento.
Anche senza l'immondizia, un POV molto particolare per illustrare la realtà Napoli.

First, I like the idea expressed in the note. All cities and towns should have a body even knowing that most of them already have a heart.
In here I really like to observe the most diverse elements, such as the statue, the different motorcycles and the graffiti. The only thing is that the city council seams not to tkae much care of the body!!!

Uno posto di Napoli ben captato con una inquadratura ben scelta. Gradisco molto le Vespa, un'iammgine del Italia, una memoria del grande cinema italiano del anni 1970.

Poca poesia e corpo molle.
Mi associol'unica cosa del corpo e il monumento antico.
Ma non ho mai creduto alle metropoli, a prescindere Napoli.

A fantastic shot which really captures Naples very well. The contrast between ancient architecture and modern things like the vespas looks great and has been captured perfectly. The colors are vivid and the level of sharpness couldn't be any better.
