This is one of the formal gardens we visited at the rear of the villas that line the promenade of Belvedere of Tragara. All these gardens look out into Mar Tirreno (Tyrrhenean Sea). The landscape architecture of these formal gardens give you the feeling you travelled back in time as a "Count" walking your garden with a pretty courtesan in your arm :)

Capri is an island of the Sorrentine Peninsula off the south side of the Gulf of Naples. To appreciate the beautifl places in this island, you should stay at least three days. You need time to walk, explore and enjoy the Porto Grande (Big Harbor), the Marina Piccola (Small Harbor), the Belvedere of Tragara, which is a high panoramic promenade lined with villas, the limestone masses that stand out of the sea (the Faraglioni), Anacapri, the Blue Grotto (Grotta Azzurra), and the ruins of the Imperial Roman villas.

A simple single shot would not give you this kind of photo. I made 3 exposures and combined them so I would not have an overexposed and terribly underexposed photo. The high lights and dark shades and shadows would trick the camera meter. I am happy with this, although a little more neutral is needed.
