smoke in the waves Photo

Photographer’s Note

i was asking is this or isn't it in the right place (tl) ?
but it is a wave of the sea and i think we can learn a lot just by looking at the waves and listening to its sound
just added frame and levels

for you that think this was a big wave, no it is just a little little one, with a big zoom in it and hand held! look at the sand isn't it sharp?

Fabulous photo, Emanuela! It is amazing how sharp the pebbles are, given the slow shutter speed that you used. The color is intense and the timing is perfect. Very simple subject but beautifully composed and times.

ricordo bene che "smoke in the waters" è il titolo di una vecchia canzone ??!
Eccellente idea, benissimo composta ed esposta!
L'effetto 'fumo' della spuma dell'onda è eccezionale, proprio un'ottimo colpo d'occhio, c'è un sacco di blu, ma aumenta la sensazione di fumo azzurrino, fa anzi molto parte dell'effetto.
Più la guardo e più mi piace, eccellente davvero, complimenti!

Great atmosphere in this shot. You have done extremely well to get the clarity in this shot from shooting it hand held. The colours, the movement and the definition of the pebbled ground gives indication of beautiful energy. Great vision and use of a tight frame..
