Photographer’s Note

I love the ocean, the beach and sea life.
Around this time of year, I start thinking about the beach. I find that just being on the beach, near the ocean, searching for sea glass, shells, or any kind of hidden treasure is such an inspiring, reinvigorating way to spend some time.

It's like refilling the creative gas tank. The vastness of the ocean is unending to me, it's like another universe in there.

It's like another world to live in. I've always felt a connection to the sea.

I love the scene, it might be a bit too dark (that could be my screen though) the cloud formation is superb and the water really sparkles.

Bonsoir, chère Stella,
Envie d'ailleurs, de frissons ou de rêves, la mer répondra immanquablement à tous nos désirs.
J'aime cette mer qui brille de mille feux, ce ciel envié par de nombreux artistes peintres et cette plage qui vient accueillir les dernières vagues.
Une très belle réalisation, comme d'habitude.

Hello Stella,

There is an inspirational quality in the photo. The high contrast in the sky is dramatic, especially with an altogether unusual cloud formation — the bottoms of the clouds delineate a line that is both straight and also parallel to the sea itself. The track marks of the vehicle driven on the beach add a certain mystery. Is the contrast in the clouds and the deep blue of the sky a result of a circular polarizing filter?

hmm, this scene has everything except a first subject, imagine the same background, and a black silhouette with a man walking in the bottom left, that would change the whole mood.
It still remains a good description though.
