The grilled lamb is one of the most appreciated food in Italian families. It is not a light meal but, believe me, is excellent and recommended in winter lunches or dinners with your best friends. It is usually accompanied by high degree red wine.
In central Italy, we call it "abbacchio a scottadito", that literally means "burning-fingers lamb" since it must be eat very hot and with the hands.
