Beautiful shot, I will add this to my Irish coasts if you don't mind. Love the wave structures with the lighthouse positioned perfectly. I love the mood you have captured with dark colours. Great clarity and sharpness. Well captured

Wonderful composition yet again. The way you have captured the sky and the blend into the sea is fantastic. The detail, especially in the foreground is excellent. Hook Head has certainly been a "target rich" environment for you. Every shot has been a masterpiece.

Hi Lukasz,
This image certainly stands out on the page....excellent compo, great lighting and superb clarity. The movement captured in the foreground surf and waves provides a dramatic and balancing effect with the imposing grey sky. Very well done.

Great mood Lukasz. I like the diagonal made my the water coming from the bottom right, leading our view into the lighthouse. The sky is great one again, very moody, very stormy. Like it a lot!

PS: Łukaszu - mam już faworyta! Pełnoklatkowy Nikon D700 (chyba że na wrześniowej Photokinie Canon da czadu z nowymi 3D i 6D...).
Na razie odłożyłem temat, poczekam do Photokiny i zobaczymy co potem. Oczekiwać na premierę nowych pełnoklatkowych lustrzanek będę na Teneryfie - fotki niebawem! :)

Hi Lukasz, The distant lighthouse on the edge of a rocky coast looking out over a cold sea, very evocative of the solitary life of the lighthouse keeper. Your choise of apperture/shutter speed is interesting. I think I would have been likely to use a longer shutter, but you did acheive good DOF and retain detail in the water, which otherwise would have been lost and perhaps not presented as well the idea of the lighthouse being exposed on the edge of a hostile sea. well done. It seems I am standng in an arts gallery where the painters have exhibited the moods in high density range.
The pastel effects...somtimes look unnatural.

How did you inked the sky..............is a surprise for me.

Brilliant composition, nice pov and just enough exposure to smoothen the waves at the lower right. I just found the sharpness a bit more than natural, but the details is superb. Great shot.

belle photo de cette côte découpée et très belle a regarder, vous avez bien su la capter et nous la rendre avec beaucoup de détails du a la très bonne netteté de l' image.
Cette eau gelée est de toute beauté et ce phare imposant me plaît énormément, dommage que ces phares sont de plus en plus automatisés, cela empêche ces gens courageux et travailleurs de pouvoir vivre et travailler au grand air marin
