Photographer's Note

This photo at the monastic community of Glendalough shows what is often incorrectly named St Kevin's kitchen when it is actually and always has been a church. The round tower on top is quite unusual but attractive. The church was originally built in the 11th century but has been altered. To the right and back from the church is the 33 metre tall 10th century round tower.
