Hi David,
The rocks and the stones make the sea more impressive.. They create nice composition with the sea.. I like your perspective.. B&W is great choice..

You should do a couple of adjustments, I reckon... There is no white, but light grays. It is a big plus to have the full range from white to black. So it is just a matter of adding contrast by playing with levels in ps. Otherwise the sharpness, composition and long exposure are all spot on.
