[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The river Lee (the river which crosses Cork), at the level of the large park west of the city, where the municipal museum is located. The city gaol is located of the left bank, on a hill, so you just have to go down the hill and take the suspended bridge from which this picture was taken and which I post in workshop. Next stop, St Finn Barre's cathedral...

je ne partage pas trop l'émerveillement des autres membres. Ne prenez pas cette critique comme une attaque ce n'est pas son but.
Je trouve la photo molle. C'est beau certe (jolie couleur, belle composition et symétrie) mais elle manque de percutant. Elle ne marque pas l'esprit par un quelconque point. Au final on pourrait résumer la photo par un rivière et des arbres verts. Une peu simpliste je le conçois et je sais que mes photos ne sont pas le meilleur exemple de dynamisme mais quand on veut représenter une scène ordinaire je pense qu'il est important d'avoir un élément qui attire le regard et qui joue un rôle d'acteur.
Ici il n'y a pas vraiment d'élément acteur. C'est une nature morte qui est un peu trop morte.
je pense qu'avec un format un peu plus 16/9 (en coupant en bas et un peu en haut), en assombrissant le ciel (un bleu comme ls7902 a fait dans son workshop), et en augmentant le contrast pour mieux différencier les arbres entre eux et enfin avec un petit cadre léger, vous obtiendrez une photo plus percutante.
Bien sur tous les gouts sont dans la nature et c'est juste un avis d'un jeune amateur (voir néophyte !).
En tout cas bonne continuation sur trekearth et notamment sur l'Irlande qui regorge de coins magnifiques.

Point positif : vous faites de très bonne "note guidelines".
