Photographer’s Note
A photo of the Papal Cross just as the sun was going down, giving a lovely glow in the background.
The Cross which was built for the visit by the late Pope John Paul II to Dublin in September 1979. An estimated one and a quarter million people, almost a third of Ireland's population, attended the open air concelebrated Papal mass held in the park. This monument has a vast view over the park area. Always a nice place for a walk.

Hi Paul.
A great composition it is good that you have included some details at the bottom of the picture, so we can see the true size of this monument. I love the light on the picture and the sky colors. Regards.
Angel.
