Photographer’s Note
I took this one walking through Dublin. This man was standing outside of a pub, just looking at the people walking by. Dublin has changed dramatically in the past few years, from a mostly Irish to a multicultural city, yet retaining its heritage. Its slightly blurry, but I think it adds to the charm. Cheers

Despite the blur there is something nice about this shot, I think it evokes memories of Dublin in older days. Certainly we don't see as many old men in flat caps as maybe 20 years ago. B&W is therefore a perfect choice for this shot.

Czesc,
Perhaps it would be better if it was sharp, but I'm not certain about that assumption. As already mentioned it "evokes some memories" of earlier days, not only because it is black and white and as they say today in digital photography, "noisy", but also because of the attire. Nice composition, I like the reflection,
ciao
