L'intitut universitaire a été crée en 1592,
Le Campus couvre 47 hectare de terres avec plusieurs contructions historiques et achitectures du XVII éme et XVIII éme siècles et d'autre plus récentes.
Au centre du Frond Square, le Campanile: Victorien baroque datant de 1852.

A mon Avis j'aurai dû plus centrer vers la droite, mais bon trop tard...

Salut Cricri. A nice and colorful view across the campus of the old university. A good perspective provided by the cobblestone path and the black pillars leading the eye towards the background. I think you could have framed slightly more to the right. Nice capture overall.

Interesting places that brings me so many rememberings as i studied there long ago . The sharpness and colours are really attractive in this picture but im not convinced about the angle you chose finding that tree on the left side a bit distracting and hankering , for my liking , to see more of that street on the right side that hardly appears ...i would have chosen a wider angle stepping back few meters to get a better and larger perspective .Salut

Hello Christiane,
Nice composition of the quadrangle at Trinity. I like the use of the railings and path as a lead line towards the campanile. Perhaps the crop in the right is a little tight but not a major issue in my opinion. Good colours and clarity.

Hi Christiane,

Wonderful how the old tree sits in the frame .. it really goes well with the buildings .. which lead us back into infinity .. love the way the distant trees echo the near one .. love the thoughts I get from the student .. how the scene is timeless (outside of current clothing fashions) ..

Very good contrast and colours for this shot. The blue of the sky is well saturated and makes the white buildings really stand out in the composition.

Pas toujours facile de savoir si une photo est réussie. Ici, rien de rédhibitoire, la qualité est au rendez-vous (le mieux est l'ennemi du bien dit-on, pour ma part, j'aime bien cette composition).

Joli temps avec cette lumière qui valorise les couleurs pour prendre ces monuments, bonne composition équilibrée entre végétation et architecture. Effectivement un peu plus à droite ne dérangerait pas ...

Bonjour Christiane,
Well composed with a good POV to lead the eye into the frame by following the chained fence. I like the way the tree provides balance on the left and the large arched column on the right. The lighting and exposure level are just right. A crisp clear shot taken in the heart of summer. The bicycles further enhance. Well done...Demain.

cadrage parfait dans une composition très élégante et agréable à vue. J'aime beaucoup son illumination, ses ombres, et les couleurs chaudes et bien saturées, sa grande perspective, le beau ciel bleu et le grand arbre à la main gauche.
Ta photo nous montre une belle architecture aussi.

Christiane, cette photo est des plus réussies. J'aime ces bâtiments, les arbres et l'ambiance qui semble régner autout de ce vénérable Collège. Le ciel est particulièrement bien rendu.

Tu es bien dure avec toi, pour ma part je trouve ton cadrage bien réussi car il met bien l'accent sur l'architecture des lieux qui est le thème de ta photo. J'aime bien la perspective vers le campanile. Quant à la lumière elle est très agréable et ce ciel est magnifique. Belle réalisation, bravo Christiane.

Good placement of the details C. I like the use of the fence that lead us in to the compo. Nice setting under the fair weather and finally good inclusion of some people strolling around.
