Hallo Léonie. Ja, das ist natürlich eine ganz andere Umgebung und Atmosphäre als in Deinen kürzlichen Impressionen aus dem vorweihnachtlichen Berlin ;). Schöne "saftige" irische Farben, eine recht idyllische Szenerie mit den Schafen im Vordergrund, und auch das weiße Gebäude ist gut integriert, um dem Bildaufbau einen Ankerpunkt zu geben. Hi, Leonie. The white cottage in the foreground is very well palced and gives depth to your picture. The sheep graze in Irish green and the sky tells us the rain mustn't be far away. Nice background with the sea and the hills.

Now you have me nostalgic for Ireland as I sit out a blizzard in Denver, Colorado. My wife and I spent two vacations exploring Ireland and discovered it is a place we both would like to settle down in. Excellent image, well composed and executed. Well done!

Coucou Léonie, plus que qq jours a attendre avant de faire joujou avec ton nouveau jouet :) Tu vois avec ce sigma tu aurais pu zoomer sur les 4 moutons là en bas de la photo par exemple ;)
Belle photo ici bien nette aux couleurs bien rendues, bien cotnrastées et saturées comme j'aime, très belle atmosphère, la composition est très efficace avec cette maison en bas à gauche

A classic image of Ireland, with a perfect placement of the house against that beautiful landscape. I wish that the huge bush visible at the bottom of the frame wasn't there though.
The bright sunshine has brought out some great colours in the landscape, although I think this would have been even better if you had taken it in the early morning or evening when the light was warmer. The cyan colour cast in the sky could also do with a bit of correction to make it a more natural looking blue.
Never mind Leonie, it's a great shot.

this reminds me of ireland as well..although i havent been there your shot makes me want to go..and that is good...i am due a new country break soon..sparkling colours and contrasts fill up the frame to the brim and make this very enjoyable

C'est sur une vue comme ca ca donne a regretter, cette maison blanche de premier plan y apporte une bonne introduction et un element qui contraste et attire le regard, il exposait pas mal ton Kodak, et les couleurs ne semblent meme pas tant saturees sur cette vue.
Bonnes fetes et amuse toi bien avec ton nouveau caillou :-)

Hi Leonie,
Wonderful country landscape of this charming little village surrounded by vibrant greens and blues. The whitewashed homes and sheep make a great contrast to the lush green grass. The deep blue sea and power blue sky are broken nicely by the distant mountains and their lovely shadows.
