This is a great first posting! Congratulations. The second rainbow definitely showed up, and all the colours have been caputred beautifully. My only suggestion would be to crop some of the sky out. Look at the workshop...
Yes, the second rainbow has come out well. You and your camera have captured the whole colour spectrum in this shot. Well done.
