Barleycove, County Cork, on a near Mediterranean July day.
I was road testing a polarising filter. Barleycove is around 140km from Cork City, however, it's a long drive. I have no doubt that during the winter, it can be a bleak, isolated place, almost at the end of the world. In the middle of July though, it's a little piece of paradise.
