I can understand very well why this has no points until now. Is a nice picture, but very ordinary. I suspect that you uploaded this to get Ireland added to your list of countries. 555 (I am evil?)

The color balance is good and the photo is sharp with nice lighting, but the only interesting thing for me is that the woman's clothes seem to match the facade of the storefront on her right and the can in front, and her hair matches the color of the restaraunt name, but this is not emphasised much in this view. Maybe a tighter crop could help to emphasise this more.
