Hi Leonie. That architecture looks to be stately and refined. You've captured my curiosity and I hope we get to see the rest of it one day. But through the reflections it has a dreamy feel to it. Another beautiful one Leonie!

Bien vu et bien saisi le reflet. J'aime bien la présence des feuilles mortes dans l'eau qui s'accordent bien avec le reflet.... tout comme le titre ;o)

Eine schön eingefangene Spiegelung der Abtei, Léonie - nett, wie sich der klare Vordergrund mit der Reflexion der augenscheinlich ziemlich eindrucksvollen Anlage vermengt. Wenn Du das Bild um 180° drehst, hast Du ein impressionistisches Gemälde ;)

Interesting perspective Leonie, very creative, the shot has an almost
"watercolour" feel to it.

This convent school was in the news this week as they announced that they are going to close the boarding school. It is the last Catholic girls convent boarding school in Ireland. So I guess a chapter in history closes....

Good catch. Not only the reflection but the way the movment ogf the wtaer is blurring and melting everything making it lokk like a painting more than a picture. bravo!
