The Rosguill Peninsula in Donegal has a very rugged coastline facing the Atlantic Ocean. This gap in the rocks is where a small river enters the ocean. However the afternoon this photograph was taken every now and again the peaceful little river was swamped by a large sea surge would rush through the gap soaking everything in it's path.

I feel the rush of the water.
P.S. Advertising your site is too large, I know people can steal pictures, but this text is too big.

Félicitations pour cette superbe prise de vue à couper le souffle.
Manifestement, la photographie n'est pas un art nouveau pour vous.
Magnifique album dans votre lien.

well framed, good detail through out, exposure time just about perfect, the only thing i don't like is the copyright and web address across the bottom, apart from that a good posting

I like the dark tones of this picture.
Due to the long exposure, I can almost feel the wave coming on my feet!
