Photographer's Note

Peaceful scene in the beautiful region of county Waterford in the South East or Ireland. The sceenery is also stunning in this region but it is considerably less visited by tourists than Kerry or Connemara. I can only advice you a visit of the coast strip between Cork and Dunmore East!

Very nice classic compo of this lovely looking place, making good use of the boat. But the centre of this is rather OE, and rather soft also. I'm sure a bit PP could improve this quite a bit, may try a WS later.

I have to agree on your note. The region is beautifull and the town of dunmore east is one of the most pleasent I have stayed at during my holidays (also thanks to Karen & Allen Priest of Brookside B&B). Regarding the picture, I like the scenery but it all seems a bit out of focus and overexposed.

Peut être un peu trop de lumiere mais la composition est vraiment tres belle , avec le placement des barques un peu sur le coté c'est parfait .

Hie Leonie, thank you for coming over. Being a nature photographer, I could understand why you took this. A simple composition with warm rendition, of a river scene in a forested countryside, probably in the late morning. Technically, the central part of the photo is a little bit over while on both sides, the saturation is fine.
