Photographer’s Note
Tonight PINK called Dubliners the happiest f-ckers in the world referring to them being happy no matter what she sings or what kind of weather is outside. In particular she said something like you have one sunny day in the year and you are happy. I must say I admire her insight. And she indeed made us all happy this evening. She was brilliant!
The photo was really difficult to take because a security guy told me I cannot use a professional camera here (Canon EOS450d, ha ha ha). Although it was nice to be treated as a professional photographer I was pissed off that I could not take a decent shot, even if everybody around me was shooting.

Hi Mariusz;
Nice shot as it shows the crowd well behind Pink (I'm a fan of hers as well, but never seen her live). I shoot concerts for a music promoter here in Asia and the security guard was just doing his job. The stipulation actually comes from the band/ performers management and is very common for concerts (at least here in Asia). However the stupilations are restrictive in regards to professional equipment, the problem with that is most security personel can't tell the difference! ;-)
Best fo luck and keep shooting!

cześć Mariusz, zdjęcie nie w twoim stylu. Nie wiem, kto to jest Pink. Fajny ma ten strój. Mozna bylo do niej blisko podejść. zabawnie wygląda ten tłumek z tyłu robiący zdjęcia.
Warszawie pogoda, ze niech sie Irlandia schowa.
Pozdrawiam

Hi Mariusz,
i must admit that i envy you for this experience ;-)))
But i'm also glad for you. She makes so great music, mostly for good mood. And she was absolutely right. I remember a day last year in Letterkenny. It was a really grey day but there was one sunbeam. And the comment of our B&B landlady was: "such a lovely day"
That's Irish!!
By the way, your photo is great. The audience looks like a club of photographers.
Have a nice day

Hi Mariusz
Lots of action and fan reaction. Well if this is the only one you got good on you. I guess you are going to invest in a point and shoot.

Hello Mariusz,
Your 450D is absolutely a very good camera, when you more place would get than had you a perfect picture.
This is absolutely not bad, it's very difficult take a picture of an artist during the sing, to much different light always.
Never irritating become, this is not good for your health.
Very well done, TFS.
Have a nice weekend,
John.

Czesc Mariusz,
No coz- ja nawet telefonem nie zrobilem wtedy zdjecia, bo tez by mogli go uznac za profesjonalny Smiesza mnie te ich zasady, no ale coz....
Tak czy inaczej udalo Ci sie zrobic i to w bardzo dobrej jakosci fote zwlaszcza, ze warunki oswietleniowe na tego typu imprezach do latwych nie naleza. Swietna reporterka, doskonala ostrosc i pelne dynamiki zdjecie.
To byl swietny wieczor i napewno dlugo bedzie co wspominac.
Pozdrawiam,
