Photographer’s Note

Hi Folks,

Waiting for a spectacular sunset I was unfortunately a little bit dissapointed, but that was the best that I could get of it. Well the fact is you never know what colours of the sunset you are going to get.

I took this photo on top of the Bray Head, the imposing hill which dominates the coastal town of Bray in Co. Wicklow. It is the setting for an interesting c.two hours nature walk. The walk covers the rocks, relief, coastal erosion, flora and fauna of this isolated yet accessible area. The trip takes place along the first 2km of the "Cliff walk", a 5km path connecting Bray Esplanade to Greystones Harbour.

Again - it's not that far away from city centre, but you must be fit enough to reach the top of the hill.

Niesamowicie słoneczko oświetla tą trawkę przy kamieniu. Piękne promienie i jak zwykle rewelacyjna kompozycja. Rewelacja!!

I love the color and the composition .. wonderful location and point of view .. I love the control of the sun as it plays across the grass .. there is one bit of sun effect .. a bit of green on the cross just below the intersection .. that I might clone out. very nice image. worth your effort .. take care, John

I don't think you can complain, the result here is great, I like a lot the mood created by the lonely cross and light that I can only describe as divine. technically impeccable work, I like this photo a lot.

pionowy kadr tu pasuje. ladny widok i kompozycja kadru. Krzyz wnosi tu szczegolny nastroj. Fajna paleta barw. Dobry strzal pod slonce, ktore zaraz zniknie.

a wiec to jest widok jaki miales po spotkaniu na szczycie.
Bardzo ladnie sie prezentuje. Dobrze wykorzystales krzyz, tam trudno o jakies charakterystyczne ksztalty wiec nie miales niestety zbyt wielkiego wyboru...
