Swimming in golden sea Photo

Photographer’s Note

Hi there,

There is very little I can tell you about this photo. It was taken about an hour after the sunset, in Bray, co. Wicklow. The water surface was as you can see more like the lake than actual sea... very calm water, windless evening. It had an amazing range of colours, from golden, yellow, to gray, etc. The guy you can see there was acyually windsurfing a while before I took this shot, but as the wind has stopped, he sailed back to the beach.

The lonelyness of the fisherman and the immensity. A nice view full of athmospher. The color of the water is superb and very well collcetd. The fisherman is very well locatde in the image. A master's pice in your gallery. Congratulations.

very nice the snapshot of this surfer,that reminds more the silhouette of a fisherman in NE Asia.Excellent the orange hues that applied on the surface of the lake as the tranquillity and the calmness of the scene.Well done.

That is what happens when the wind stops blowing. Reason why I am much more comfortable with an engine on the back!!!
It is a simple composition but yet it created an excellent picture. Well done.

Nie wiem czy powiedzialbym ze to zdjecie jest piekne. Jest natomiast bardzo zaskakujace, intrygujace.
Kolory bardziej zblizone do obrazu impresjonisty niz do fotografii.
Niesamowite ze udalo Ci sie zlapac taka swietna poze.

I like this picture...it reminds me of shots from South-East Asia...funny it was actually shot in Ireland! Beautiful tones on the water. One little pick though...I find the main character a little bit too centered. Still, nice work.

Amazing! It looks more like somewhere in SE Asia than Ireland. The colours are gorgeous and the framing well thought out with the silhouette nicely off-centred.

Cette photo semble provenir de l'Afrique avec cet homme seul sur sa "pirogue" dans l'immensité d'un fleuve ou d'un lac. La simplicité de la composition en fait une belle œuvre d'art.
