Photographer’s Note
This tiny waterfall (or rather a waterstrip) between upper and lower Glendalough lakes captured my attention at first sight - it looked like huge and tall waterfall, but just from the point of microworld view.
This trip to Glendalough in Wicklow Mountains was a part of my short trip to Ireland in 2006.
Image manipulation: crop, some contrast and saturation correction, removal of blue color cast

At the first glance - it really looks huge. But when compared to the plants, I see the real size of the waterfall ;-) Well cropped and framed.

I say this is a very delicate waterfall. Well managed exposure and color balance, and a good crop.
The saturation is just right and your choice of low-key green frame is pleasantly complimenting the whole scene.
(I found your use of color frames - or should I say mattings - very effective.) I personally thought that
for this image you could have used pure white for the inner frame (mat's core)
but that would distract the viewer's eye from the water too much..? -K.
