Photographer's Note

Another harvest time shot. The combined harvesters have cut and harvested the corn in this field, and the bailers have bailed the straw. The bales are collected and stacked, to be used as ground cover or "bedding" for the cattle in wintertime. Sometimes the remaining corn in the fields (a few inches high) is burnt by the farmers, which apparently returns minerals to the soil.

Did some PP work: saturation, sharpened, and coloured the sky a bit which on the day way very grey.
