Yesterday early in the morning I went to Dublin. I walked around the whole day and when I came to hostel in the evening I was too tired for TE. Today I came back to Liverpool. Noel was so kind that gave me the route what to see. But I didn't managed to see all the places:(. Besides, I went to pub in the Temple (for tea) and I missed the blue hour. But there are many beautiful blue hour shots from Dublin already.
When I walked somewhere near Gardens of Remembrance I saw this strange sculpture. When I grabbed the camera, the sea gull sat on it making it even nicer.

On naprawde wie o wyjatkowych miejscach o ktorych nie pisza przewodniki...
Swietna fotografia seagull jest jak icing on the cake :)

Hello dear Malgo,
Nice capture from Dublin with perfect pov and compo.
The seagull is the "bonus" of this scenery
TFS and best regards

I love this one, Malgo ~
so happy to see you've posted it on TE.
i like the hand sculpture, but i agree ~ the sea gull really makes the shot special.
and you could also have called it "one bird in the hand (is worth two in the bush)" ;)

Tu as capturé un joli moment où cette mouette semble vouloir se réfugier dans cette main protectrice.

Very attractive work of art. I like the spotted moment of the seagull rest in the hand.
Enjoy a good day ahead.

Un oiseau dans la main vaut mieux qu'une main dans l'oiseau.Le moment est très joli et parfaitement saisi. J'aime le cadrage simple mais très efficace.

This was a very well behaved and polite gull waiting patiently for you to take your photo. It had chosen a fine sculpture for its rest. Well seen and well done and a nice background too.

hi scarlett. oh how i wish we also had such sculpture in İstanbul. the seagulls here can only land on ataturk's, or a sultan's head. now you have a story and you can sell this one to Greenpeace :) i can't see the sun which you had taken there with you. it seems to be a rather dull irish skye.
ps: going to a pub for tea? didn't they have ayran?

Hello Dear Malgo,
A well timed, and perfectly composed symmetric shot. The seagull is watching you (or the small domed building). I see it is early in the afternoon. Have a wonderful weekend, Malgorzata,

Spendid shot. The gull caught my attention already when I saw the thumbnail. The gull is really in focus and the main subject even if it would have been a really nice photo also without it. TFS and have a nice weekend!

I like the dynamics between the hand sculpture and the opportunistic seagull centrally placed where water or food scraps might accumulate. Good diffused lighting and fg sharpness. The circular patterns remind me of the A bomb memorial in Nagasaki, Japan. Each circle there, is so many metres from ground zero. Tfs!

Ciao cara SIF
hehehe this is so funny, it's like you paid the seagull to model for you right in the middle of the big hand. I never saw this sculpture (I only was in Dublin from 2pm-4:30am so missed so many sights). Anyway, I'm glad you showed us this lesser known scene, which has really made me laugh.
Great shot, un abbraccio

so many photos that i've missed from you when I was away...hard to pick which one to critique :)
I chose this one because i liked the fact the seagull is trying to impose itself into the scene :)
this is SOOOO funny because i always mention to Noel that Ireland seems to have SOOOO many sculptures, and here you are in Ireland for 1 day and you post a photo of a Scupture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How funny is that!
cute and funny all wraped into one.

Nice shot! It's a good composition and the moment was perfect, with the seagull in the huge hand, it adds so much here!

I have been meaning for so long to come back to this very cool photo, and to compliment you on your perfect timing to catch this gull standing there. I do like this sculpture a lot, it is appropriate there, as that is the department of education behind. Lovely symmetry, and a great result. You got such cool (and inspiring) photos on your tour of Dublin. Thank you again :)
