Photographer's Note
Cobh waterfront taken while on a friends small fishing boat.
Cobh, previously, known as Queenstown was where people departed from to join the Titanic.
Back in 1912 the Titanic couldnt moor in Cobh as her draft was too big so she had to wait out in Roches Point while people went in launches from outside Whitestar's Lines office to get to her.
The Pier still stands today.

Teh waterfront can't be more original, colorful and nicer, depite the lack of light. I like it very much although the saturation is too severe.

Hi Lisa
That is a beautiful sight, all the colors and the houses stacked in rows like this. The buildings actually look a little bit like toys. Lovely scene sandwiched between sea and sky like this.
All the best
Noel

Ciao Lisa
bellissima panoramica colorata, forse un pò troppo satura per i miei gusti, ma il risultato è piacevole.
Saluti

Hi Lisa,
I loved Cobh when I've been there a few years ago ! All the coloured houses on the front of the sea make it a very beautiful city and your photo shows this very well.
Have a nice week,
Olivier
