Cliffs of Moher, Ireland.
Situated in County Clare and bordering the Burren Area, the Cliffs of Moher are one of Ireland's most spectacular sights. Standing 700ft above the ground at their highest point and 5 miles long, the Cliffs boast one of the most amazing views in Ireland.
From the cliff's edge, you can hear the booming far below as the waves eat into the soft shale and sandstone. Often, sections of the cliff give way. Visitors should beware because there are no safety precautions or fences.
While there I could not help but notice how seriously dangerous these cliffs could be for the tourist and a quick search on the Internet reveals that several people each year fall to their deaths.

the people on the cliff helps to show the scale of the cliff...nice colors and good contrast too, especially the light bit of the sandstone contrasting the darker bits. interesting note too.

TRès belle lumière qui éclate sur ce merveilleux pasyage!
Un bon cadrage accentué par ce format panoramique!

Great picture, very unusual. Typically people focus on the cliffs themselves. Here we've got just a part of it. So little, that you may have difficulties recognizing straightaway, but enough to show it!
Unfortunately, the most spectacular part of the cliffs is closed now. There are some fences and the tourist centre is being constucted. It's too thronged nowadays.

this is a very original view of those famous cliffs, watching towards the and, and not towards the sea...
it's very well done, and the quality and the sharpness are outstanding..

Hello, Stephen. This is a different view from what we usually get about the cliffs of Moher. I think it's interesting to have a more detailed view for once. It's still impressive: I like how tiny the tourists look here. A good composition, the panoramic view is a good choice.

Thank you for sharing a different perspective from the usual Cliffs of Moher shots- this really captures the immensity and cragginess of the cliffs and actually prompts that feeling of vertigo I actually had while there. Great job, and the light, colors and composition are lovely too. Bravo!

This composition is quite something. The place looks spectacular indeed, even from this unusual angle. The light is wonderful. I like it a lot. The human presence adds life to your composition and gives a sense of scale. Your note makes this composition even more striking. Those guys like living life on the edge (both literally and metaphorically). Great job. Well done.

This view is magnificant, indeed!
The way light breaks in the left part of the frame is superb, leaving sort of misty air lingering on the cliff in the BG.
Looking at this bunch having a relaxing time down there, it seems like someone else had fun taking photos, too!
Excellent job and framing, Stephen!
