Photographer's Note
Poulnabrone Sunrise, Co Clare
The Burren is a karst limestone region lies in the north west corner of Co Clare, in Ireland. This area has some of the finest archaeological megalithic tombs in Ireland. There are relics of human habitation dating back almost 6000 years and the most famous is the vortal tomb, or portal dolman, at Poulnabrone.

Hi Stephen, what a beautiful interpretation of this famous dolmen. The low POV and dramatic sky are what wins it for me here, as is the superb depth - I can even see every detail on that purple flower in the FG. Having just returned from Ireland (visiting the Outlaws instead of photographing) I can appreciate all the elements you must have battled to get this killer shot. Congrats and have a good wekend, Lisa

Bonjour Stephen
Cette image est magnifique. L'avant plan, le sujet et le ciel, tout est parfait.L'angle de vue, la lentille utilisée, le temps d'exposition et le filtre donne un résultat remarquable.

Hi Stephen!
I couldn't pass this one by....had to add my compliments! Interesting notes for sure. Ireland is a long way from Thailand, but I would welcome the challenge with my camera. Enjoying your website! Warm regards,
Steve
