Yep, a classic (I've even seen it on CD-cover), but I really couldn't resist today. Of course, the fog started to come nearer from the ocean and few minutes later it started to rain heavily.
I have heard that the vicinity is being rebuild at the moment(for tourism), but in 2004 one could walk just to the edge and look down, which I did, and was surprised, that I didn't feel the height at all. Probably because down there was nothing but rocks and water, nothing that could look tiny from so high above.
Cliffs of Moher reach up to 214 m height, the line is 8 km long.

Klify osiągają 214 m wysokości, ciągną się 8 km.
Wiem, kolejny ograny widoczek (nawet na okładce CD go widziałam), ale nie mogłam się powstrzymać ;-)
Ponoć obecnie okolica jest w przebudowie (coś pod turystów siê buduje). Wtedy można było podejść (albo jak ja podpełznąć do krawêdzi i spojrzeć w dół. O dziwo, nie czuć tej wysokoś, może dlatego, że na dole nie ma niczego, co mogłoby służyć za punkt odniesienia.
