Hello,

Aujourd’hui, me voilà de retour en Irlande, avec un photo des très célèbres Cliffs Of Moher (ou Aillte an Mothaire en gaélique), situées tout à l’ouest de l’Irlande, dans le comté de Clare.

Les falaises de plus de 200 m de haut tombe quasiment à pic dans l’océan Atlantique, c’est vraiment spectaculaire...

Lors de mon séjour en Irlande, je suis "tombée en admiration" devant la rencontre de l’eau et la terre… J’ai passé des heures et des heures à observer de grandes vagues s’écraser contre les rochers ;)

Bon, ce jour-là aux Cliffs, l’océan était plutôt calme, et le temps radieux, j’ai eu beaucoup de chance, car les falaises se cachent souvent derrière le brouillard…

Hello,

Today a picture of the famous Cliffs Of Moher (Aillte an Mothaire in gaelic) located in the county of Clare.

The Cliffs reach more than 203m height and fall directly into the Atlantic Ocean, that’s really spectacular!

During my trip in Ireland, I really enjoy to watch the huge waves who crash against the rocks, that’s so crazy ;)

But this day, the water was rather calm and the sun was shining, so I was lucky, because the fog often hide the Cliffs.

Beaucoup de chance peut-être, quoiqu'un peu de brouillard enveloppant ces falaises aurait été du plus bel effet !

Sympa cette prise de vue sur les falaises de Moher. Les falaises sont impressionantes, tu ne crois pas qu'elles seraient encore plus si on pouvait les estimer avec l'horizon en arrière-plan?
Belles couleurs et bien essayé avec la note en anglais, un bon exercice pour préparer ton round the world.. ;-)

Brrr... This beautiful blue sea seems to be quite cold... It's a very colorful and contrasting picture. Composition is simple but quite nice. It would be interesting to have an element to give us the sense of dimension, once I read in your note that this cliff is 200 metres high.

Hello Aline,
Very clever composition with just a stripe of sky on the horizon, you have a very good eye in seeing and composing this.
The different colours of blue are wonderful and very clear, just as the rocks with a lot of detail and excellent sharpness. That small rock standing proud and lonely in the sea is for me the best part...a real eye catcher.
Absolute great shot, i like it a lot.

Joli point de vue sur les falaises de Moher, sous un angle qu'on n'a pas l'habitude de voir. La netteté est vraiment excellente et la composition très bien équilibré. Et que dire de cette lumière magnifique et de ces couleurs ! Tu as eu de la chance, car je suis allé deux fois aux falaises de Moher, j'ai eu à chaque fois du temps bien pourri (brouillard ou pluie). La troisième fois que je suis passé à côté, le temps était encore pourri, à croire qu'il ne fait jamais beau sur ces falaises !

Beaucoup de chance en effet, je ne l'ai pas eu, moi... j'ai fait la rencontre du brouillard irlandais ce jour-là !
Très jolies couleurs, ce devait être magnifique, je suis jalouse ;-)
