Photographer’s Note

Fallen tree on the path through Knockamany forest just outside Augher in County Tyrone, Anya's Cairn is at the top of Knockamany. This was taken on the way back down, it's a nice walk of about 5 miles, (8 Kilometres) or can get to the cairn by driving to the top carpark which makes the walk about 1 mile round trip.
I'll post a few pictures of cairn and the view which were taken a few weeks before this one, when the snow was on the ground.

Hi Philip, great mood and light. I think you have chosen your POV very well with that old log in the centre of frame. It results in a very calm image, with a good feeling. Going to my favorites.

Very nice forest view, with a very special atmosphere. The light filtering though the trees in the background gives a veryy nice and interesting effect.
