The excessive rain has some good side effects, all the streams are in full flow during the summer which made this shot all the more interesting.

good capture and composition.
Good DOF, POV, sharpness and colors, even this last being a bit to strong...I think you saturated it too much, but it's still a great image...
well done.

You can almost not go wrong with such a beautiful scenery. The fact that you used a slower shutter speed to create the stream of smooth water is what seperates those who use a point and shoot. I love the layers of colors. Though it seems a bit dark to me, especially on the upper right, it is an excellent photograph.
