Photographer’s Note

This boat lies in the very small harbour of Kinvarra in County Galway, Ireland.
It is a little bit close on the left side, but more on the left is a parking ground and i liked to include the bay, too.

c'est une photo très agréable à regarder. Le positionnement du bateau au premier plan permet de guider le regard dans le reste de l'image; Belles couleurs également.

Hello Hartmut,

A very soft picture, I can almost feel the quiet about the water.
You placed the boat good to the left side, this gives space to the panorama view.
Composition and presentation be superb.

Hello Harmut,

This is a dreamy scene, well-composed and minimalist. They do have such dramatic rises and falls in the tides in that area, and you've captured it well.

dein Bild strahlt eine absolut ruhige Atmosphäre aus,
schade dass der Aufnahmestandort auf der linken Seite unschön begrenzt wurde.. aber so ist es halt nun mal im Leben..

un grand art du cadrage ici et une photo qui nous transmet tout le calme de cet endroit à ce moment précis. C'est presque une réussite totale, dommage pour cet horizon qui penche un peu à gauche.

Bonjour Hartmut.
Ta photo bénéficie d'une composition remarquable avec la barque en premier plan sur la gauche. J'aime le ciel qui se reflète dans l'eau pour donner un effet d'aquarelle à la Turner.

Hi Hartmut,
This is a very beautiful scenery, I like the soft pastel like quality of the image, colors are subtle but rich in tone, the setting is very peaceful a touch of loneliness and perhaps solitude. You compsed it very well placing the boat off to the side and showing a large area of the bay that set the mood of the image. I really enjoy it. Thank you.
