Hello,

Aujourd'hui je vous propose une photo du petit port de Galway, situé à l'extrême ouest de l'Irlande.

Durant les 3 jour que j'ai passé là-bas, le temps a été très "sauvage" (beaucoup de vent et de nombreuses averses), mais par chance, en fin de journée, le soleil a toujours pointé le bout de son nez ;)

Le spectacle était magnifique, des quantités d'oiseaux qui tourbillonnaient dans le ciel, des cynes, des promeneurs etc... un ambiance portuaire que j'apprécie beaucoup ;)

Hello,

Here is a picture of the little port of Galway.

During the 3 days, I spent there, the weather was very "wild" (windy and rainy), but luckly, at the end of the day, the sun always shone.

The spectacle was beautiful, a lot of birds, swans, walkers... a typical harbour atmosphere that I really like ;)

This is a excellent composition!
good low pov with great sense of depth, perfect sharpbess, vivid colour and so much details
the gull added a lot of interest in your composition!

What a nice image.You had a great timing to capture this seagull in your frame.Excellent composition with the small stripe of water,the nice row of colorful houses and the birds.

Le soleil pointe toujours son nez en soirée en Irlande, c'est un grand classique ;) Jolie photo en tout cas. Cet alignement de maisons colorées sur les quais de Galway est un grand classique, mais ta composition qui inclue ces mouettes est une excellente idée. Bravo !

Hi Aline,
This is an eye-catching image which is dominated by the seagull in the foreground sky area, but the inclusion of the lovely coloured town is an integral part of the photo. Very well captured.

Bonjour Aline,

Superbe cadrage. La mouette est bien placee, nette et apporte pas mal de dynamisme a cette scene portuaire. Ensuite, la belle lumiere caresse bien les facades des maisons et les met bien en valeur.
Une belle photo qui sort de l ordinaire,

Belle photo dynamique grâce a une excellente composition , il ne manque plus le cri des oiseaux pour rêver encore plus .

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je la vois celle-ci et je me décide enfin à la commenter... Juste pour te dire toutes mes félicitations car il est fréquent de voir sur TE des photos de mouettes mais aussi réussies c'est chose rare ! J'aime absolument tout ! De la stupéfiante netteté du volatile jusqu'à ces moments colortées servant de décor... et puis je me marre car je constate que tu as le même problème que moi à savoir présenter des photos qui penchent un tant soit peu...

What a capture, Aline, the abundant light has allowed you to use sufficiently short shutter speed to "freeze" the gull while keeping the aperture sufficiently closed to have a good depth of field to show the colourful houses. Very good.

La lumière sur les bâtiments colorés est magnifique et cet oiseau presque collé sur ton objectif ! Incroyable.

Hello there,
I see that you also enjoyed Ireland..I lived there for 3 years and am still in love with the country! A classic Galway shot here, but a nice one with excellent colours and great inclusion of the always present seagulls!

your preference for photography location is just excellent . First of all, how the sunlight hits the walls of these houses is great and of course, seeing the bird from this close is another nice thing . Overall it is a tremendous photo
