Photographer’s Note

Hi there,
This picture was taken on the Stocker Strand, Portsalon. The site extends between Portsalon Pier and Saldanha Head. It encompasses the dunes, beach and adjacent waters of Ballymastocker Bay. It is located in an area of outstanding wildlife habitat and landscape quality. The site is divided into three distinct zones by two streams that flow across the beach.
I used filter ND400 to increase the time of exposure.
I hope you like it.

Hello Dariusz,
A simple composition indeed, but thsi view with just a few elements comes to life through the lines of the moving water and the lively colours shades of the wet sand.

WOW, jak to sie mowi simple but effective. Fajnie wyszlo szczegolnie te rozplywajace sie fale, wygladaja jak smugi piasku. To chyba efekt twojego magicznego filterka, o ktorym nawet ja kiedys myslalem hmmm narazie brak kasy! niestety! Dobra fotka.

It may be simple but I cannot help finding it so fine!
The colour of the sand is so sweet and I love those wet shades of colour. It's very well balanced with the rocks circling the sand and sea. I'm crazy about places like that!
Fantastic light and brilliancy...
I'm having some problems with my internet connection, so I cannot be very active in TE, but I had to comment this one!

Ojej... takie plaże tam są... przypomina mi to moją plażę w Ramberg w Norway, plaża czysta jak łza i ciekawa temperatura wody - zarazem:)

Hi Dariusz,

The sky is not the best best part, but look at that water what is flowting in. Looks like silk, so soft, so smooth, so beautiful. But also the rest of the composition is very good, excellent pov with those rocks, but it's that silky water what does the magic trick for me...excellent.

cześć Darek, fajny widok - płycizna, troche skałek, dalej spienione morze. prosdty kadr, ale bardzo miły, spokojny. I całkiem bezludny. połaziłabym sobie po takiej wodzie, ale pewnie zimna.

Streams flowing across the beach has been exquisitely rendered with using a slow shutter speed, and a faint reflection on the beach brings an excellent effect to the image. Fine work!

no chyba musze sobie kupic ten filtr...
Przede wszystkim gratulacje ze udalo Ci sie zrobic zdjecie bez ludzi bo o ile pamietam to ja sobie biegalem po tych skalkach po prawej :) ale jak widze nie udalo mi sie utrudnic Ci zadania.
Swietne miejsce, swietnie zrobione. Doskonala praca.

Jezu, trudno mi się połapać w tym nowym lejaucie... Jak w żydowskim kawale... komu to przeszkadzało?
Pamiętasz Konopielkę? "...A diabeł chce zmieniać... Ulepszać!"
A zdjęcie piknie wielce i czepiać się nie będę bo nie ma czego. Fajne głębokie kolory.
Trzeba jakąś petycję o stary layout sklecić... :D
Pogoda się poprawia... :P
