Photographer’s Note
ENGLISH: This is another shot of the church with no roof at Dunlewy, County Donegal. This is a colour version. I messed around with metering for a while to try and get the lough properly exposed through the door of the church. Another lesson learned.

Hi Lisa,
Awesome view, excellent DOF. Great idea to let the lough (I was tempted to write loch, as in Scotland - and "Loch" in German means hole...) peeking through the window and door. Superb light and colours. A fluffy white cloud in the top center would have made it even more perfect but I guess you weren't able to provide that. ;o)
Great job - as usual!
See you around, have a wonderful weekend

Hello Lisa,
A very peaceful setting for this old church with a view to contemplate for a while after visiting. The lovely sky makes a fine backdrop for the old grey stones. Well composed with good colours.

Hi Lisa
A simple but nice picture
The light is nice on the fields of Ireland. Maybe the shades are too dark
Anyway, Ireland as one expect it: green and with old stones (but great sky, which one maybe does not expect :) )

Hi Lisa.
Very striking high contrast shot, with sharpness and bold colouring. Getting the lough well exposed has made the shadows on the church dark-ish, but it looks great and the blue of the sky and the green make a delightful combination. Very pleasing photo, very luminous.

Andrew

Ciao Lisa,
Bravissima!
Buona giornata

Hi Lisa,
it is incredible! I know that it is the same place but it is a totally different impression. I like the bright colors and the strong light. This church is a very rewarding subject. TFS!
Warm regards

Hi Lisa,
Great view of this old church in the middle of nowhere it seems. Great light, beautiful shadows and great bright colours. I like how you can see through the church's windows. Wonderful POV with lovely details as well. I really like it, great work!

Hi Lisa,
That's an original point of view on this church. Exposure and sharpeness are good. You had a typically NOT irish weather !

Ciao Lisa,
A presto!

Very nicely shot Lisa! I see how that exposure could be a problem because you might be tempted to expose for the wall of the church and blow out the lough (and probably part or most of the sky!). I like the end result and hopefully I can learn from your lesson.
Happy spring, (fall? down under?)

Ciao Lisa, A difficult shot I think the light would not have made it easy for you but you handled it really well, the church is well placed in the frame, showing it location & surroundings, colours are well but not overly saturated, a lovely & pleasing result. I cant believe it, no roof, amazing or as I previously said an Irish joke?
Thanks
Take care

hello Lisa
Very well presented view of the church set in very good composition and using good light+shadow effect for this shot. The blue gradient of the sky is a great capture of this scene.

Ciao Lisa,
very good place; the shot tells us a lot of things about the place, so you can only say, yes this happened in Ireland..
Very good composition and mood.
