Photographer’s Note
Do you now the history of the green island?
So you understand.
Near the Northern Ireland border.
"Imagine" is one of the sculpture on Lough MacNean Sculpture Trail - art project organized together by
the communities of Fermanagh (UK), Leitrim (Irl) and Cavan (Irl).
Author of this great sculpture presented on the picture is Louise Walsh.
The artist was helped by the teenagers from the surrounding area whose wanted this sculpture to be an inspiration for the viewers to improve the future.
And a little suplement.
Green island is whole Ireland, not just Republic of Ireland, but whole island - Eire. Currently the island is divided into Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Northern Ireland is a part of United Kingdom.
So, I had in mind the bloody history of Ireland.

Hi Marta.
A simple composition, a nice color treatment and a strong message for this nice contribution. I think it could be understood even by those who don't know the story of the Green Eireen.
Thanks for sharing.
