Hi John,

me again. :) What can I say, it is another excellent capture. I like the layers of two different surfaces, one in contrast to mountains and other reflecting them. It creates great mixtures of beautiful surfaces, so well captured, from detail to distant view.

A perfectly composed image of a truly stunning landscape. The colors and textures are great. Some nice reflections as well.

Ohw, that is just sheer beauty!! The composition with the detail in the foreground and reflection further away is just great. Goes straight to my public theme 'Landscapes with WOW', since it is WOWwww. :-)

Hi John, lovely peacful scene you share wiyh us. THe low POV gevis so much depth to your composition. The eyes travel from the cottograss into the bg mountains. Great light management.

Hi John.
It's the composition of this one that I really like, as well as those white flowers of course. I think the proportions are very pleasing to the eye, with the distant mountains so close to the top of the image.
Lovely reflection and good sharpness overall. Nice one.

another very well composed image from you, I particularly like the way you isolated the small "island" in the pond, thus giving the scene a depth. I bet it would great as large print...well done.

Hi John,

Great photography, the cotton grass is an interesting feature to rely upon as your FG. I like the small sky this time making the extended FG stand out more. The broken water at centre is a great middle ground to break up the picture; it would not have appeared so appealing without this. The white frame is excellent again; there is no substitute for this simplicity. Nice rich use of saturation and contrast. Well done again.

Me gusta como has centrado el interés de la imagen en ese pequeño islote en medio del pequeño lago. La superficie verde con flores blancas y el bonito color azul de las aguas le confieren mucha calidez.

Iceland is on my wish list, together with too many places to mention here :P
I like the depht of this photo, it gives a sense of infinity that I imagine is characteristic of Iceland. I love the small island in the middle of the water and the blue of the sky reflecting in the middle of all that green. :)

Hello John!
This is a kind of shot I often try to make, we have a lot of cottongrass in my country too. The portrait format is very good at this one, giving us a great feeling of depth.
The small lake is important to make this picture more interesting, and the dark mountains is a perfect background.
Fine vivid colors, and sharpness is excellent.
